Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (and Through the Looking Glass) truly is an inspirational work for writer's like me, for nonsensical rhymes hold a special place in my heart. Add to that a little personal touch, some wishes, some imagination, and viola... it inspires something better out of the poet within! Here's to wishes, to the reader and to Lewis Carroll.
You followed this Bunny with a fluffy white tail
Wearing your prettiest Frocky,
Looking for the Wonderland, in a Rabbit Hole,
And ended up against the Jabberwocky...
For in the Wonderland, you'll always find,
Hatters and Creatures and Demons extraordinaire,
Looking to never let escape,
A Maiden, such as you, so Fair...
And while this Wonderland is yours,
To keep and mend and Make and Unmake,
Realise, it is a Dreamy Reality -
The Wonderland - always for your Keepsake...
May you like Alice, find your Wonderland!
May you like Alice, find it Surreal!
May you like Alice, rid your own Demons!
May you like Alice, never find your Dreams Unreal!

Wow! That's some coincidence!! Have been thinking about dreams and their connection with reality. Ofcourse it's nice sometimes to be lost in your imaginary world,
and best if you can make some things come true!!
More of this later:)
Well written!!
I saw Hugo yesterday, and then it ends with "come dream with me" ... and the whole thing about films and dreams was indeed special to people like us (coming from favorite director adds lots more to it).
I was reminded of that while reading this poem of yours. It is indeed very well written my friend.
Beautiful! If someday the human race goes extinct and the aliens try to learn more about us, this piece can be a part of a chrestomathy. :)
Thank you thank you...
@Vidu - am late but thank you!! :)
